Recovery Items are consumable provisions that provide immediate benefits to Kliff. These single-use items restore health, boost spirit, and can grant temporary elemental resistances. They are obtained by cooking at a bonfire or camp using gathered ingredients, purchasing from vendors, or receiving them as quest rewards. Recovery Items are essential for surviving combat encounters and exploring dangerous areas across Pywel. Players can learn new recipes by discovering crafting manuals found throughout the world.
Health: Restores a flat amount of Kliff's hit points when consumed.
Spirit: Restores spirit points, which fuel special abilities and skills.
Resistance: Grants temporary elemental resistance (Fire or Ice) at a specific level for a limited duration. See status effects for more details on how resistances interact with incoming damage.
Recovery Items come in scaling tiers based on the quantity and quality of ingredients used. The standard tiers, from weakest to strongest, are: Base, Filling, Satisfying, and Hearty. Higher tiers require more ingredients but provide significantly greater effects.
Every recovery item follows a 4-tier scaling system. Each tier requires a specific multiplier of the base ingredient quantity. The table below summarizes the tier structure and the general ranges for health and spirit recovery across all item types.
