Healing Force Palm is unlocked automatically when Force Palm reaches Level 1 in Kliff's Spirit (Green) skill tree. No additional Abyss Artifacts are required beyond what is needed to level up Force Palm itself. The Spirit cost per use is 5 Spirit.
Healing Force Palm converts the energy stored during a Force Palm charge into healing power instead of dealing damage. While holding the aim button (R3 / Right Stick) to charge Force Palm, pressing L3 (Left Stick) switches the output to a healing variant. The stored energy is then released as a restorative pulse that heals the targeted ally.
One of the most practical uses of Healing Force Palm is healing your horse. When your mount takes damage during mounted combat or while traversing dangerous terrain, you can dismount, aim Force Palm at the horse, and switch to healing mode to restore its health without spending consumable items like Horse Stimulants.
Force Palm (Base): Gather energy into your palm and release it as a powerful strike. Learned during Chapter 1.
Healing Force Palm (Lv. 1): Convert stored energy into healing power. Costs 5 Spirit.
Aerial Force Palm (Lv. 1): Activate Force Palm up to three times while airborne for vertical traversal.
Force Palm Proficiency (Lv. 2): Improved Force Palm power and efficiency.
Force Palm Expertise (Lv. 3): Allows up to three consecutive Force Palm strikes. Costs 25 Spirit.
Use Healing Force Palm to maintain your horse's health during long exploration sessions, saving your Horse Stimulant items for emergencies.
Spirit regenerates while in Focus mode (hold L3+R3 simultaneously). Enter Focus to recharge Spirit before healing.
Healing Force Palm can also heal friendly NPCs during escort or defense missions.
Since Force Palm is learned early in Chapter 1, Healing Force Palm is available relatively early in the game once you invest one level into Force Palm.
Since Healing Force Palm costs only 5 Spirit, it is one of the most efficient healing tools in the game. Spirit regenerates during Focus mode, so you can heal repeatedly without consuming any items. This makes it especially valuable during long dungeon runs and boss attempts where consumable supplies are limited.
Spirit regenerates while in Focus mode, so pair this skill with Focus for sustained use.
