A Constabulary is a law-enforcement outpost in Crimson Desert used for bounty turn-ins, prisoner handovers, and other crime-related interactions. Patch 1.04.00 added several new constabulary locations across Pywel to reduce the travel cost of handing in regional bounties.
What a Constabulary Does
Receives Bounty Notices turn-ins and runs the short hand-over cutscene that converts a captured target into a bounty reward.
Resolves Wanted System status. The player can pay off a wanted bounty or surrender to clear the alert, depending on the local quest flow.
Hosts the high-bounty arrest pathway. When a bounty is too high to turn in normally, dragging the target to a constabulary triggers an arrest cutscene rather than the standard reward flow.
1.04 Constabulary Locations

Patch 1.04.00 added the following law-enforcement points:
Region | Location |
|---|---|
Southern Hernand | Constabulary placed in the southern district of the city. |
Three additional outposts in eastern, western, and southern Demeniss respectively. | |
Pororin | Constabulary near the Pororin Research Institute and adjacent workshop area. Used for turning in regional bounties (community guides cite Salvatore, the Hernand-region outlaw, as one example of a target that can be handed in here). |
Why it Matters
Before Patch 1.04.00, a captured bounty had to be hauled back to a small handful of central handover points, which often meant a long ride across multiple regions. The new constabularies cut that travel down to single-region trips for most bounties and let players resolve crime status without diverting through Hernand every time.
