Milou stocks the largest selection of pet cosmetics for both cats and dogs. The second shop, run by Remy, is located southwest of Demeniss Castle in Demeniss City, though Remy's inventory is more limited.
At its base level (+0), the Cat Plate Armor costs 240 Copper. Make sure to carry enough currency before visiting a vendor, as pet outfits are separate purchases from regular player equipment.
Accessing Milou's shop requires completing the "The Unreachable Village" and "Authorized Access" faction quests in the Pororin Forest region. Remy's shop in Demeniss becomes accessible around Chapter 8 of the main storyline. Pet tailor shops only appear on the map after the player has tamed their first pet.
