Bounty Notice: Warren is a key item and bounty quest in Crimson Desert, posted by House Celeste on notice boards around Hernand. Warren is an outlaw wanted for making illegal medicine and conducting illegal transactions using a substance called Dreamer's Bliss. His crimes involve both the production and distribution of prohibited substances, making him a mid-tier bounty target in terms of difficulty.
Like all bounty notices, this item cannot be sold. It is stored in the Key Items section of the player's inventory and is used to progress through the bounty hunting quest line.

Bounty notices become available starting in Chapter 2: Golden Greed. To pick up Warren's bounty, look for notice boards and poles scattered around Hernand. They are marked with a purple letter icon on the minimap. Interact with a board and select the Bounty Notice for Warren.
After accepting the bounty, Warren's last known location is marked on your map in the Hernand region. Travel to the marked area and watch for the red outlaw icon on your minimap to track him down.
Warren is an illegal medicine maker and drug dealer, not a hardened combatant like Salvatore or Alessio. However, he should not be underestimated. Warren may have associates nearby who will join the fight when you confront him. Clear out any allies first, then focus on subduing Warren himself.
After subduing Warren, pick him up and load him onto your horse. Transport him to the Hernand Guard Station to collect your reward. As with all bounties, you cannot fast travel while carrying a prisoner. Plan your route carefully and avoid enemy camps. If your horse takes too much damage, Kliff and the prisoner will fall off.
Dreamer's Bliss is a prohibited substance in the Hernand region. Warren's crimes specifically involve both the production of illegal medicine derived from Dreamer's Bliss and the illegal sale of these concoctions. The substance and its trade are taken seriously by House Celeste and the local authorities, which is why Warren has a bounty on his head.
Silver reward for turning in the target
Warren is a mid-difficulty bounty. He is tougher than Jeffrey or Simon de Montfort but easier than Salvatore or Alessio.
Watch for associates near Warren's location. They may attack while you are focused on the target.
If Warren does not appear at the marked location, rest at a nearby bonfire and wait 6 to 12 in-game hours before returning.
Do not save and reload while transporting a bounty target. This can break the quest state.
Completing bounties contributes to your Hernand Contribution, which can be spent at the Contribution Shop.
