Falling Assassination

Falling assassination is one of the confirmed stealth options in Beast of Reincarnation. Emma can extend her vine-hair above an enemy's head and then drop down for an immediate kill from above.

How It Works

Emma's hair has been transformed by the Blight into vine-like tendrils she can manipulate freely. Those vines double as traversal and as combat tools, and falling assassination is one of the moves that uses them specifically for traversal into a stealth kill: extend the vines over a target, drop, execute.

Where It Fits

Falling assassination slots alongside bow and ranged combat and Emma's stealth kills as one of the non-katana approaches to an encounter. A player who prefers to manage risk before engaging can thin an enemy group from the air before dropping in for a katana-driven finish.
