Overview
Beast of Reincarnation ships with 46 achievements on PC, mirrored by an equivalent trophy set on PlayStation 5. They break into four rough groups: story milestones tied to chapter progress, boss defeats, collection goals covering blades and consumables, and exploration markers for campsites and shrines. Only a handful carry public descriptions; the rest stay hidden until unlocked, because their names give away story beats and late-game encounters.
The full set can be completed in a single playthrough plus a New Game Plus cycle, which is what most collection achievements require, since some equipment cannot all be gathered in one run. Story-related unlocks follow the chapter order laid out under Main Story Chapters.
Reading the Unlock Rates
The percentages below are the global unlock rates on the PC storefront as recorded on August 16, 2026, twelve days after release. They are a snapshot, not a fixed value: every figure has moved since the first week, and the ordering shifts along with them as more players work through the campaign. They are useful for two things, seeing roughly where players stop and identifying which achievements are effectively completion-gated, and useless as precise statistics.
The drop-off is steep. Around nine in ten players discover their first campsite, about half get past the first major Nushi defeat, and roughly one player in six reaches the ending. Full completion sits near one and a half percent. The gap between the first Nushi kill at about half and the last at under a fifth is the clearest picture of where the campaign loses people.

Notable Entries
Six achievements follow an "X's End" naming pattern and mark the defeat of the game's major Nushi bosses: Rangifer, Lacerta, Taurus, Corvus, Ursa, and Erymanth. Two more, "Shidou & Nue" and "Kunai & Kirin", mark the paired human-and-companion encounters. The full encounter list is under Bosses.
Several collection achievements confirm systems the game does not advertise on its store page: "Green Thumb" requires every type of seedling, "Manual Maniac" requires the manuals for every arrow and bolt type, "Blade Collector" requires every blade, and "Happy Camper" requires every campsite. Together they establish that seedlings, ammunition manuals, blades, and campsites are all finite, trackable collections rather than open-ended resources.
"Blight-Touched" unlocks on the first attribute upgrade, which places attribute investment very early in the progression curve. "Place of Return" covers the first shrine discovery. Both sit alongside the campsite unlock as the game's early tutorial beats.
