Trait
Every Aniimo carries a passive Trait that is always active while it fights alongside a Pathfinder.
Trait | Effect |
|---|---|
Biting Wind | When dealing damage to targets with more than 5 stacks of [Ice Debuff], increases critical rate of that damage by 15%. |
Mobility
Mobility abilities are what a Pathfinder gains while Twining with this Aniimo, so they double as traversal tools rather than combat moves.
Ability | Effect |
|---|---|
Hustle | Enters Hustle state, increasing movement speed by consuming stamina. |
Skills
The table lists Glynsera's five available combat moves across its forms and capture unlocks, plus its ultimate and basic attack. Choose the two combat skills for the build. Power is the published damage figure and Cost is the resource required.
Skill | Type | Power | Cost | Effect |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Frost Tail Strike | Combat | 60 | 15 | Flips forward toward the target and slams the ground with a tail strike, dealing damage. Can consume 10 stacks of [Ice Debuff] to deal 85% extra damage. |
Boomerang Blade | Combat | 39 | 20 | Throws an ice blade forward, dealing damage to targets in range and applying stacks of [Ice Debuff]. The ice blade continuously consumes energy while spinning, and pressing the Skill button again recalls it. |

Prismana | Check the active Prismana event. An event encounter has been shown near the western circular ruin and pond in northwestern Beast Fang Ridge; availability depends on the event. |

Rookey is an alternative BREAK partner. Gracewing can fill a recovery and healing role, Eklue can support critical damage openings by reducing enemy critical resistance, and Besauce is an EP-recovery option. Choose companions for the actual party rather than treating the examples as mandatory.
Managing Ice Debuff stacks
Prepare the BREAK opening and use the party's Ice Debuff tools. Ice Strikes applies five stacks, while Geoclaw can help maintain pressure.
Use recovery support and Glimmer Shot before committing the damage dealer when those tools are part of the party.
Check the enemy status icon before spending stacks. Biting Wind needs more than five Ice Debuff stacks; exactly five does not activate its 15% critical-rate bonus.
Use Ice Tornado and Frost Tail Strike during the damage window. The tail attack consumes stacks, so plan the next application before relying on Biting Wind again.
Frost Tail Strike normally consumes ten Ice Debuff stacks for its 85% extra damage. The held-item contract reduces the stack requirement to five for the same bonus. Ice Tornado's effect does not list an additional damage multiplier from the number of Ice Debuff stacks.
Boomerang Blade continues spending EP while its blade spins; press the skill button again to recall it. Hustle uses stamina for movement instead, so manage those resources separately.
