Templar Skills
October 6, 2026 at 11:44 PM
Initial version (2026-10-06)
This page lists every Templar skill in AION 2: the twelve Mastery actives, the thirteen Stigma skills and the ten passives, with Korean names, unlock levels, cooldowns, MP costs, specialty options and a dated balance history. NCsoft's official guidebook calls the Templar the typical tank: it blocks enemy attacks with a longsword and shield, has high Defense and a range of defensive skills that protect allies as well as itself, and holds the front line in party play.
English skill names come from the global client. Descriptions follow the official Korean guidebook (skill page updated August 26, 2026) and the global client tooltips. Unlock levels, cooldowns and MP costs are level 1 values from the global client data snapshot dated September 18, 2026. The balance history comes from the Korean service's official update notes; see Global Client Differences for values that have since changed on the Korean service.
Judgment loop: since August 26, 2026 on the Korean service, Judgment becomes available after a shield attack (Shield Smite, Warding Strike, Shield Rush or Doom Shield), so the rotation alternates shield attacks with Judgment.
Punishment and Executor: Punishment is a charge skill with three charge levels; it grants Executor, which raises Accuracy and damage. Each charge level adds damage and stagger.
Enmity: the Vicious Strike and Pummel chains, Judgment and Flash Rampage raise enmity; Taunt adds a large burst, and Insulting Roar doubles enmity generation.
Blocks: Debilitating Smash activates after a block, Fury turns blocks into a party damage buff, and Shield of Protection guarantees shield blocks for a short time.
Party protection: Nezekan's Shield shields nearby party members, Comrade in Arms splits their damage with the Templar, and a Warding Strike specialty extends Warding to the party.
NPC rules: stun, root and knockdown chances that can fail against players always land on NPCs.
Dodge (긴급 회피) is available to every class from level 1 with a 0.5 s cooldown and is not listed below.
