This Sorcerer build covers Global PvE as of October 10, 2026. It develops Firestorm's Hellfire cooldown reduction, keeps MP recovery in the repeated attacks, and uses four damage Stigmas. Start with a manual rotation so you can see which buffs and cooldown cuts are active before building a repeating macro. Sorcerer Skills contains the full kit.
Skill point priorities
Levels below are effective skill levels, including gear, Arcana and Daevanion bonuses. Skill points buy Mastery levels up to 10. For the core actives listed here, raising a learned level-1 skill to level 8 costs 13 skill points in total; level 10 costs 21. Check the character-level requirement before spending. Specialty slots open at 8, 12 and 20; the fifth option unlocks at 16, while the skill still has two slots. Spec numbers below follow the five options from top to bottom.
Take Flame Arrow and Firestorm to 8 for MP recovery and reduced MP cost. Add the useful first specialties on Blaze, Ice Chain, Winter's Shackles, Wish of Concentration and Hellfire as they become available.
Use extra levels to reach Firestorm 12 and Flame Arrow 12 first. Firestorm shortens Hellfire's cooldown; Flame Arrow's Pyroclasm step grants Fire Damage Boost with its current level-12 specialty.
Make Wish of Concentration 12 and Blaze 12 useful next goals. Ice Chain 12 supplies the Winter's Shackles cooldown cut when you keep it in the rotation. Hellfire 12 lets you combine Skill Speed and damage over time.
Later, prioritize Hellfire 16 for its cooldown reduction. Blaze 16 and Wish of Concentration 16 form another cooldown combination. Raise only the skills that reach useful thresholds with your available gear and cards; character level 45 alone does not grant these effective skill levels.
Specialties
Skill | Effective level | Selections |
|---|---|---|
Flame Arrow | 8 | Spec 1: +20% MP restored |
Flame Arrow | 12 | Spec 1: +20% MP restored; Spec 4: +5% Fire Damage Boost for 10s on activating [Pyroclasm] |
Firestorm | 8 | Spec 1: -50% MP Cost |
Firestorm | 12 | Spec 1: -50% MP Cost; Spec 4: -2s [Hellfire] cooldown per fireball |
Ice Chain | 12 | Spec 2: +20% Skill Speed; Spec 4: -1s [Winter's Shackles] cooldown on hit |
Blaze | 12 | Spec 3: Delayed Damage after 3s; Spec 4: Multi-Hit on hit |
Winter's Shackles | 8 | Spec 3: +20% PvE Damage Boost and +10% PvP Damage Boost for 5s on landing [Winter's Shackles] |
Wish of Concentration | 12 | Spec 2: +10% additional Attack; Spec 4: +10% Combat Speed |
Hellfire | 8 | Spec 1: +30% Skill Speed |
Hellfire | 12 | Spec 1: +30% Skill Speed; Spec 2: Fire Damage over Time for 10s on hit |
Hellfire | 16 | Spec 1: +30% Skill Speed; Spec 5: -15s cooldown |
When MP is short, Ice Chain's Spec 1, -20% MP Cost, can replace Skill Speed. Blaze can replace delayed damage with Spec 1, Absorbs 3% HP, for solo sustain. Wish of Concentration's MP-cost or Max MP option can replace an offensive pick until the rotation holds its MP. Once Blaze and Wish of Concentration reach 16, their Spec 5 options shorten Wish of Concentration and all skill cooldowns respectively; both choices use a specialty slot.
Keep MP at 50% or more when possible. Robe of Earth grants Critical Hit above that threshold, and Grace of Enhancement grants 20% PvE Damage Boost while MP is at 25% or more. If MP falls low, pause the expensive casts and use the Flame Arrow chain to recover. Lower MP consumption can preserve more damage than a speed pick that empties the pool.
Stigma loadout
Stigma | Early goal | Later goal |
|---|---|---|
Element Enhancement | 5 for Accuracy | 10 multiplies Robe of Flame by 1.5; 15 multiplies Grace of Enhancement by 1.5. Prioritize this progression. |
Cold Storm | 5 for Enhanced Frostbite | Longer field and Frostbite duration at 15 and 20. Place it where the target will remain. |
Fire Wall | 5 for Enhanced Embers | More wall width at 10 and a longer field at 15. It loses value when the target leaves immediately. |
Delayed Explosion | Learn, then 5 for MP recovery | 10 cuts the cooldown by 10s; 20 adds another 10% Damage Taken during the delay. |
Global's four slots open at character levels 22, 27, 32 and 37. Learn Element Enhancement first, then add the fields and Delayed Explosion as slots open. Bring Cold Storm and Fire Wall to 5, then focus on Element Enhancement's 10 and 15 milestones. Delayed Explosion raises damage taken from you by 15% during its four-second delay. Its level-5 specialty restores 200 MP; do not count that recovery before the specialty is unlocked.
For a fight where survival is stopping progress, replace one damage Stigma with Steel Barrier. Divine Burst is an encounter swap when the group needs more stagger damage. These swaps reduce the field or delayed-damage setup, so choose them for the fight. Avoid importing a six-Stigma Korean or Taiwanese bar into this four-slot build.
Daevanion route
The coordinates below use the Global board's grid: row increases downward, column increases to the right, and the starting node is row 8, column 8. Each listed blue node costs 3 Daevanion points and gives +1 to its skill; connecting nodes cost extra. Follow connected north, south, east or west nodes and choose a route that shares useful Attack or passive nodes. These are target locations, not a total-cost allocation.
Skill | Nezekan (+1) | Zikel (+1) |
|---|---|---|
Firestorm | Row 5, column 8 | Row 5, column 9 |
Flame Arrow | Row 9, column 11 | Row 5, column 3 |
Ice Chain | Row 7, column 5 | Row 7, column 13 |
Wish of Concentration | Row 3, column 9 | Row 9, column 11 |
Hellfire | Row 13, column 7 | Row 3, column 11 |
Use Nezekan and Zikel nodes to reach the first effective level-12 cooldown combinations. Nezekan opens at 12 and Zikel at 20; choose connected routes that also pick up useful Combat Speed, Cooldown Reduction, Attack or Robe of Flame nodes. Vaizel at 30 and Triniel at 40 each offer another +1 for the same Mastery skills. All four give +4 in total, so base 10 plus the boards reaches 14. Rings, weapon options or Arcana must finish the route to 16. Keep early points out of distant defensive or situational skill branches until the core rotation works. See Daeva System and Daevanion Board.
Arcana and equipment
Part | Skill options to keep |
|---|---|
Parchment | Firestorm, Hellfire, Flame Arrow, Blaze and Wish of Concentration |
Compass | Ice Chain and Winter's Shackles if retained; Flame Scattershot for the stagger setup |
Chalice | Supply the missing levels on your most useful cooldown combination |
Passive cards | Robe of Flame and Grace of Enhancement; then Fire Mark, Robe of Earth and other used passives |
Several priority skills compete for Parchment lines. Keep cards that complete an actual threshold and use the Chalice and active-skill equipment lines to cover the missing skills. Do not assume one Parchment can carry every listed skill. Arcana enhancement can raise a different option than the one you need; verify the resulting levels before selecting the next specialties.
Look for active-skill levels on the spellbook and rings, then Attack, Might, Weapon Damage Boost and Combat Speed. Cooldown Reduction becomes useful as the build develops its cooldown combinations. Check Accuracy when attacks miss and keep MP or regeneration support while the rotation needs it. Robe of Flame and Grace of Enhancement are early passive priorities; Fire Mark enables Blaze, while Robe of Earth supports the MP pool and its high-MP Critical Hit bonus. Add HP and defensive gear when it lets you survive a safe charge window.
Opener and sustained rotation
Activate Wish of Concentration and Element Enhancement. Use Winter's Shackles on the target for its selected 20% PvE Damage Boost specialty, which lasts 5s.
Weave Flame Arrow and fully charge Hellfire when there is a safe opening. Apply Cold Storm, Fire Wall and Delayed Explosion as the target settles, then use Firestorm and Bittercold Wind.
Continue the Flame Arrow chain for MP and the Pyroclasm buff, use Blaze on a Fire-Marked target, and use Firestorm whenever it is ready. With Firestorm's level-12 specialty selected, each fireball reduces Hellfire's remaining cooldown by 2s.
Use Ice Chain between major spells if it is part of the loadout. At 12 its selected cooldown option shortens Winter's Shackles by 1s on hit. Recast the buffs and Hellfire when ready; pause to move or recover MP before the next unsafe cast.
Fire Mark is applied by a fire hit in the current Global build, so Blaze becomes available after the mark lands. Flame Scattershot only works on a staggered target. Keep Hellfire manual even if you later automate fillers: charging it into an incoming mechanic costs more than maintaining the sequence. Use target mode if you prefer the basic Flame Arrow attack to continue between skill inputs, and verify that it is firing in your setup.
At effective level 16, Blaze's Spec 5 can cut Wish of Concentration's cooldown by 3s per hit. Wish of Concentration's Spec 5 cuts all skill cooldowns by 10s. These are later options, not bonuses provided by the level-12 selections above. If you adopt them, replace a selected option within the two-slot limit. Check Combat Analysis and the cooldown display to confirm Firestorm is bringing Hellfire back sooner while MP stays above the passive thresholds.
