007 First Light ships with a broad accessibility feature set on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and Series S, and Steam. The three platforms do not present identical lists. Some settings are grouped differently, some carry different names for the same in-game result, and a few are genuinely exclusive to one platform's system layer. The tables below follow each storefront's declared feature list.
Most options live in the game's Accessibility, Audio, Video, and Controls menus. Console and PC system settings add a second layer on top, particularly for controller behaviour.

Notes
Difficulty is adjustable and does not gate progression or completion rewards, which matters if you are using difficulty as an accessibility lever. The relevant detail for completionists is on the Trophies and Achievements page: no award requires a higher difficulty setting.
Where a listed option does not appear in your build, the usual causes are platform differences in naming and a setting living in a system menu rather than an in-game one. Feature availability is described per storefront, so a feature present on one platform's list is not a promise that the same wording appears on another.
