Overview

Spicy Breaded Kebab is a rare-tier cooked dish in Windrose. A pepper-crusted kebab that is the pre-Epic Strength pick. Requires no Cursed Swamps materials, which makes it the earliest +10 Strength dish most players reach.

Buff Stacking Rule

Windrose allows exactly two active food buffs at once. Eating a third cooked dish overwrites the oldest active buff. Raw food still fills the hunger meter but grants no stat buff. See Food and Potions for the full ruleset.

• Dodo Egg: also dropped by Coastal Jungle Dodos; dual-source the ingredient from the same hunting route.

• Cayenne Pepper: Coastal Jungle pepper plants, grown from seeds. Five per kebab is steep, so pepper farms are near-mandatory for Strength-build players.

Spicy Breaded Kebab is the Rare Strength dish. It is the mid-game Strength buff between Uncommon Spicy Skewered Crab (+5) and Epic Seasoned Crocodile Meat / Meaty Croc Kebab (+20). Crucially, it does not require Cursed Swamps access, so it is the highest Strength buff available for Foothills boss prep including the fight against Israel Hands.
