Overview

Pier Flagpole is a decorative piece in Windrose placed along a dock or Pier Decorations to dress up the waterfront. It is a tall flagpole that raises a banner over the pier, and like other comfort decorations it adds to a settlement's livability rather than serving any defensive or functional role.

It grants +1 Comfort in the Pier category, but Comfort bonuses in this category do not stack, so a single Pier Flagpole gives the full benefit and extra copies are purely cosmetic. See the Comfort System for how Comfort totals affect a base.

Works only within the Bonfire range. A decoration placed outside the radius of an active Bonfire will not count toward Comfort, so position the pole near the lit hearth that anchors the settlement.
