Pier Stairs are a pier construction piece in Windrose. They form a ramp from the dock surface down to the waterline so the captain and crew can board and disembark a docked ship cleanly. Place them at the seaward edge of a Large Pier or a standard pier run, lining the steps up with the ship's gangway.
