The People of Tortuga Provisioner is the faction vendor for the People of Tortuga. The Provisioner's stock focuses on ornate building and decoration plans (marble, plaster, tile, mahogany, stained glass) plus armor plans for the Privateer and Marksman sets. Most stock is priced in Guineas rather than Piastre, which marks this Provisioner as the late-game cosmetic anchor for a fully-built settlement.

Locations

• Tortuga Market on the main Tortuga island, in the faction hub area.

Currency

The People of Tortuga favor Guineas for most decorative and building plans. A subset of items (tools, merchant contracts, and armor plans) are priced in Piastre. See Trading and Merchants for how Guineas are earned.

Reputation Tiers

The Provisioner's stock unlocks in steps as your standing with the faction climbs. Reputation with each faction is tracked on a single bar with four tiers, reached at 0, 100, 400, and 1000 reputation. Tier 1 goods are available the moment you can trade; the armor plans and Merchant Contracts open at Tier 2, and the ornate mahogany and stained-glass plans sit behind Tiers 3 and 4. Specialty Notes

This Provisioner is the only source for the Privateer Set and Marksman Set plans. Builds that plan to crit-stack (Privateer 2P +10% crit) or run ranged primaries (Marksman 2P -30% sprint stamina, 4P +15% ranged) should push People of Tortuga reputation to Tier 2 before committing to one of those builds.

Merchant Contracts at Tier 2 are a steady source of Piastre income: bring the requested goods from the contract, hand them in, and the Provisioner pays above normal vendor rates. The two available contracts cover common early-game loot categories, so they pair well with routine gathering runs. Buy the Sewing Tools at Tier 1 first if you intend to craft the cloth armor whose plans this vendor sells.
