Musketeer is a blackbeard creature in Windrose.

This enemy belongs to Blackbeard's organization, the dominant pirate power on the map. Blackbeard crew appear at camps, outposts, and during boarding actions against player ships.

Tactical Notes

• Close distance during the long reload window. Parry the pistol-whip if they swap to melee; Slash weapons (rapier, saber, cutlass) work well on unarmored crew.

• Priority kill when paired with Sergeants. The ranged shot will punish melee commitment on the Sergeant if the Musketeer is left alive.

• The 100%-chance Copper Bullet drop distinguishes Musketeers from other pirates and makes them the farm target for ranged ammunition.

Notes

• The named Musketeer quest variant Jim Godart (the Catastrophe's Aftermath boss for the People of Tortuga faction) uses the same base template and loot table as the standard Musketeer.
