Major Necklace of Agility is an Epic necklace in Windrose that grants +15 Agility to the wearer. It is the Epic, top tier of the line. It requires a learned plan and the Epic-grade materials Tumbaga Ingot and extra Sapphire, making it an end-game accessory. Necklaces fill the neck accessory slot, so only one can be worn at a time.

Ascending preserves Sapphire (the rare jewelry stone) and trades it for extra Gold Ingot, so if you are short on Sapphire, take the ascend path instead of crafting from scratch.
Ascending from the Rare Necklace of Agility spends Gold Ingot instead of Sapphire, so it is the cheaper path when sapphires are scarce.
