How to Unlock and Build
Its recipe comes from the Decoration: Elegant Iron Utensils blueprint, part of the Spanish Caribbean Pack. Each pan is crafted from Foothills Iron Ingot x5 and has 3,000 Max Health, the most durable dish tier. The blueprint can also be purchased from the Smugglers of Port Royal Provisioner, so the whole elegant range can be unlocked in one trade rather than found piecemeal.

The Elegant Iron Utensils set is the largest dining line in the game. Alongside the Iron Frying Pan it unlocks the Iron Pot, Iron Bowl, Iron Cooking Pot, Iron Plate, and Iron Mug, among several other pieces.
It also adds the Iron Fork, Iron Knife, Iron Spoon, Iron Goblet, Iron Soup Plate, and Iron Dessert Platter, letting a wealthy estate table be dressed entirely in one matching style.
Comfort and Usage
Only one piece is needed for the comfort gain: the Dishes category does not stack, so a single Iron Frying Pan grants the full +1 and additional dishes are purely cosmetic.
