Flibustier's Jacket is the Rare chest piece of the Flibustier's Attire set in Windrose. It is crafted at the Armor and Clothing Workshop after unlocking the Plans: Flibustier's Jacket recipe.

Rarity: Rare
Slot: Torso
Set: Flibustier's Attire
Item Level: Base ilvl 1; scales to ilvl 11 through tier upgrades
Weight: 2.0 (light, leather class)
Material Type: Leather (uses hides and fabric, processed at the Armor and Clothing Workshop)
"This outfit, sewn from coarse fabric, isn't about protection. It's about speed. It allows swift movement and easy use of the blade."
Like all Rare and Uncommon armor, Flibustier's Jacket has three crafting tiers that set its base Defense. Each tier can be upgraded several more levels at the Upgrading Station using the same recipe materials.
Item Level | Defense | Craft Tier |
|---|---|---|
1 | 100 DEF | Base tier |
6 | 200 DEF | Second tier (upgraded recipe) |
11 | 300 DEF | Third tier (top recipe) |
Requires the craft plan Plans: Flibustier's Jacket to be unlocked first. The Plans: Flibustier's Jacket is sold by the Rogue Buccaneers Provisioner at Reputation Rank 2 for 200 Piastres; the Provisioner is reached by building reputation with Rogue Buccaneers.
Item Level | Station | Materials |
|---|---|---|
1 | 4 Rough Hide, 2 Coarse Fabric | |
6 | 4 Tanned Leather, 2 Linen Fabric, 1 Master's Tools | |
11 |
Each tier unlocks a new workshop attachment: the Shoemaker's Bench at ilvl 6 and the Material Rack at ilvl 11. Both attach to the Armor and Clothing Workshop and require its Bonfire coverage to function.
Flibustier's Jacket counts toward the Flibustier's Attire 5-piece set. Set bonuses apply globally once the stated number of pieces are equipped at the same time.
Pieces | Bonus |
|---|---|
2-piece | Attacks consume 20% less Stamina. |
4-piece | Increases one-handed weapon Damage by 15%. |
"Armor is for cowards. Your best protection is a blade that pierces the enemy's heart."
The torso piece has the highest material cost in the set (typically 4 of the primary metal or leather for the first tier). Expect to grind that material before committing.
Counts as one piece toward the Flibustier's Attire 2-piece and 4-piece bonuses: pairing it with a second piece from the same set is usually the minimum to get value out of the plan.

Flibustier's Jacket is the chest slot of the Flibustier's Attire set, one of the two leather rare sets in the game alongside Tracker Set. Both leather sets share the same tier materials, so hides and fabric you stockpile for one carry over to the other. The four ingot and cloth sets, Conquistador Set, Pikeman Set, Marksman Set, and Privateer Set, use metal or cloth instead. Flibustier is built around aggressive one-handed weapon play: the 2-piece cuts stamina cost so you can swing more often, and the 4-piece raises one-handed damage, which favors the saber and rapier lines over heavy two-handers.
Because set bonuses are global, you do not have to wear the jacket to benefit from the set; any two Flibustier pieces trigger the 2-piece. The jacket is the standard first pick, though, since the torso slot carries the highest defense value of the five pieces. See Armor Sets for the full set comparison and Crafting for how tier upgrades work.
All three tiers are crafted from the same family of materials, refined further at each step. The first tier uses Rough Hide and Coarse Fabric; the second swaps in Tanned Leather and Linen Fabric; the top tier needs Crocodile Hide Piece and Tarred Fabric, plus Master's Tools at the upgraded tiers. Gather the leather line ahead of time, since the torso piece consumes the most material in the set.
