Fix malformed text nodes (empty Name cells) in greatswords table. Remove Executioner row (Executioner is a Halberd, not a greatsword). Relabel the bulleted 'quest-reward greatsword' entry for Executioner as a halberd.
"Captain's Greatsword" is not the name of any weapon confirmed in Windrose across the major community weapon databases (Method.gg, Gamerant, Boostmatch, Dexerto, Windrose DB). If you saw this name referenced in earlier wiki content, it was likely a conflation with one of the actual greatswords in the game.
