Overview

The Workpedia is a phone app in Starsand Island that allows you to spend Starsand Points on profession skill upgrades. Each of the five professions (Crafter, Farmer, Angler, Rancher, and Explorer) has its own skill tree within the Workpedia.

How to Access

Open your phone (Tab on PC, Y on Xbox) and select the Workpedia app. The app displays all available skill upgrades organized by profession. Each skill shows its cost in Starsand Points and a description of its effect.

Starsand Points

Starsand Points are earned through the StarNote System. Every 100 XP earned from activities (farming, fishing, crafting, cooking, exploring, socializing) advances your character level, which grants Starsand Points automatically. Points are also awarded for completing Island Life milestones.

Key Skills

While the full skill tree is extensive, these are widely considered the most impactful early skills:

• Recuperate (Crafter): Increases stamina recovery when sitting. Craft a Stump Stool and sit to regenerate energy passively.

• Effortless Tilling (Farmer): Reduces the stamina cost of using the Hoe. Essential for large-scale farming.

• Ammo Recycle (Explorer): Chance to recover ammo after firing. Saves resources during Moonlit Forest combat.

• Victory Siphon (Explorer): Restores health on enemy kills. Reduces food consumption during dungeon runs.

Tips

• Focus Starsand Points on the profession you use most. Crafter skills are universally useful since crafting tools and machines benefits all activities.

• Some skills unlock at specific profession tiers (Apprentice, Junior, etc.), so you must progress through profession trials to access higher-tier skills.
