New article: Aurelis character guide with backstory, location, tracking, gift lists, quests, and romance details
Aurelis is a chef and the owner of Aureleaf Kitchen, the only restaurant on Starsand Island. He is the heir to a global culinary empire, but was snubbed by his family and passed over when it came to inheriting the business. Rather than accepting defeat, he left home to seek new adventures and fresh ingredients, eventually settling on the island and establishing what has become a beloved local eatery.
Aurelis is one of 15 romanceable characters. His polished exterior and passion for food make him an intriguing romance option for players who enjoy a slow reveal — beneath the composed chef is a surprisingly nerdy food scientist.
Aurelis is meticulous, blunt, and obsessed with ancient recipes. At first, he seems polished, distant, and very aware of everyone's expectations — he carries the weight of his family's culinary legacy on his shoulders. Once he is comfortable with someone, though, he reveals himself to be a huge food science nerd who gets passionately excited about ingredient combinations and cooking techniques. He knows all of his customers by name and notices when someone is missing. His first impression on the player is memorable: he tells you that you smell.
Aurelis can usually be found at Aureleaf Kitchen, located on the right side of the plaza area in Starsand Town. The restaurant is open from 08:00 to 22:00. In the evenings, Stella performs music at the restaurant.
His bedroom is upstairs above the restaurant, but you need at least 3 hearts before you can go up.
Once you have interacted with Aurelis, his contact appears in your phone's Social app.
Locate: Shows his current position on the map and draws a route to get there.
Follow: Tracks his movements in real time. His location appears as a flag that moves with him.
Gifts Aurelis loves are worth 15 Affection Points. He reacts with a flowery aura around his head. The quickest way to his heart is bringing him the freshest ingredients from farming and foraging.

Aureleaf Kitchen is the island's only restaurant and sells takeout meals, cooking recipes, and blueprints. Notable items include the Gas Stove Blueprint (1,000 coins) and the Juicer Blueprint (550 coins). The restaurant stocks approximately 28 food recipes spanning soups, noodles, grilled dishes, baked goods, and stir-fries.
Players can purchase dishes as takeout or learn the recipe themselves. Aurelis also teaches you the Plain Noodles recipe after completing the first step of the Apprentice Farmer quest.
Aurelis serves as a cooking mentor in the game. He introduces players to the cooking system and provides food-related quests as your relationship deepens. He is involved in the Beach Festival event, where players need to help Solara, Momo, Delphin, Aurelis, and Lunelle.
He posts Bulletin Board requests that grant between 15 and 25 Affection Points when completed. At higher Affection levels, he unlocks fertilizer and science questlines.
Once you have built enough of a relationship with Aurelis, he gives you 1,000 coins as a daily gift — unique among the island's characters, who typically give items or snacks.
Aurelis triggers a special meet-cute cutscene the first time you interact with him. His romance theme centers on the idea that love might be what it takes for this refined chef to finally let loose. As your Affection grows, he opens up about his family history and his passion for food science.
At Heart Level 3, you can enter his bedroom above the restaurant, which contains a treasure chest with exclusive decor. At Heart Level 5, you can ask him to move in with you. He will then help around the farm — clearing debris, tending animals, and watering plants.
