Sebulba is a veteran Dug podracer in Star Wars: Galactic Racer. He is one of the five characters profiled on the game's official site, alongside Shade, Hibi, Kestar Bool and Darius Pax, and one of two returning podracers confirmed for the game, the other being Ben Quadinaros. The official character profile places Sebulba years after the Boonta Eve Classic. In that time he has carved out his place in racing history, but he is not eager to let the young up-and-coming racers replace him. The profile describes him as canny as ever despite his advancing years, and says he has found a role for himself in the Galactic League because he is unwilling to let his legendary name be forgotten.
Sebulba is the most prominent podracer in the game's material. Arcade is described as putting you in the seat of some racers you might recognize, with the legendary Sebulba named as the example, and it is also the quickest way into a podracer without working through the campaign. In the campaign he is a figure whose respect Shade has to earn before he offers support. Official material stops short of confirming a full alliance and instead asks whether the racing legend could also become a powerful ally, so treat him as a possible ally rather than a settled one. One interview with the developers adds that he features both as a podracer and as a racer in the main campaign; that detail comes from a single outlet rather than official copy.
