Added the Vulcan worship tree with talent effects and Worship Point costs, and the Blessing of Vulcan value
Vulcan is the Roman God of Fire and the Forge. He is one of the seven gods players can restore in Romestead. His unlocks favor metalworking and weapon crafting, and he is the primary god for melee-armor crafting paths.

The Copper Consistency: Vulcan's quest hub; tied to metalworking and the Copper tier. Issued at the Altar.
Vulcan is the smith's god. His tree unlocks Blacksmith and Magma Forge improvements and previously routed ranged and caster gear offerings before patch 0.20.1_14 moved them to Diana. He remains the strongest pick for a melee-armor crafter, and the Scroll of Vulcan (a Pyzifax random drop) ties him into the magic scroll roster as well.
Vulcan responds to forge-themed offerings:
Metal ingots (Copper Bar, Bronze Bar, Iron Bar, Tin Bar).
Melee-armor pieces and weapon components (post-patch 0.20.1_14 split).
Scroll of Vulcan: a unique magical offering tied to his domain.
Construction unlocks tied to the Blacksmith, Magma Forge, and Brick Oven.
Citizen-buff favors that improve metalworking and crafting expertise.
The Blessing of Vulcan is the armor Blessing: +10% overall Armor, unlocked partway up his tree for 2 Worship Points.
Worship Points earned from offerings and sacrifices are spent in Vulcan's tree. Nodes are grouped into tiers that open as the god's worship level rises, and a few have their own prerequisites, so the order below follows the tree rather than a strict shopping list.

Vulcan's tree leans hard into defence and industry rather than personal damage. The two Quarry upgrades and the furnace savings compound with a settlement's stone economy, and Volcanic Furnaces removes fuel cost outright for furnace buildings sited in the Volcanic biome, which is a strong argument for founding a late-game production town there.
