Pata (帕塔) is a Spirit Speaker in Rewinding Cadence and the head of the Golden Fleece troupe (金羊毛猎团), a treasure-hunting outfit. Her contracted spirit is Golden Fleece (金羊毛), a goat with horns she describes as pure gold. She is one of the two companions a player can pick at the opening of the story, the other being Anata (安娜塔), and on July 8, 2026 she became the first character other than the Returner to receive a dedicated character trailer. The spelling Pata is the studio’s own romanisation, used in the file names of its character art; no localised English name has been published.

Role and Personality
The official character panel gives Pata two lines, and both are sales pitches. In the first she introduces herself as the famous leader of the Golden Fleece troupe and offers the player a chance to admire her properly. In the second she asks whether the player really objects to following her, insists she is the most professional treasure expert in all of Loren, and promises that her nose will lead to a find that shakes the whole Loren market. The wording is the wiki’s paraphrase; the studio has published the lines only in Chinese.
The trailer campaign kept the same voice. Its recruitment notice opens with the claim that a treasure hunter’s most important weapons are connections and the dream of striking it rich, brushes off the question of whether she has recently opened an empty chest as a small setback that great treasure hunters only meet in dreams, and announces that the troupe has found a large hoard and is recruiting fast. The hoard is described as spirit amber (灵珀), and the notice ends with a mock disclaimer from the Loren garrison (洛伦卫戍军团) stating that, on investigation, no unregistered hoard of spirit amber exists in Loren City. Recruits are promised the title of the troupe leader’s most outstanding member.
Contracted Spirit
The panel pairs Pata with Golden Fleece (金羊毛). Its two lines are a prayer that gold serve its owner and that everything under heaven be claimed, and an answer to a question about its horns: by any definition of material, they are pure gold. The studio’s introduction to the world describes a goat that symbolises treasure hunting waiting to start the player’s adventure, and the key art for the character trailer shows a large ram-headed golden spirit rising behind Pata amid spinning coins. See spirit companions for how a contracted spirit fights beside its Speaker.
In the Story
A run opens with a choice between Anata and Pata. The studio’s letter closing the First Playthrough Test asked testers directly which of the two they had picked, which is the clearest statement that both are opening options. On Pata’s route the protagonist is barred from the city, goes to the underground street instead, and meets the head of a distant trading house and the owner of a tavern; see story and premise for how the two routes diverge. The test build that carried that opening ran on PC in mainland China from April 28 to May 1, 2026; see closed beta.

What Is Not Published
As of September 2026 the studio has not published Pata’s element or damage type, any rarity, a stat line, her skill-card loadout, how she is acquired outside the test build, or her voice cast. Community roster pages assign her an element and a five-star rarity; those are single-source and are not carried here. Nothing in the trailer or the panel describes her moveset.
