PUBG: Black Budget is a first-person-focused tactical extraction shooter built around tension, survival, and the unknown. You play as a Contractor, a hardened veteran hired for a classified operation on an island at the edge of the world, sent to recover top-secret technology from an abandoned research facility. The catch is that the island is trapped in a time loop and consumed by a supernatural phenomenon known as the Anomaly, which gradually shrinks the playable area as encounters grow more unpredictable the longer you stay. Each session of up to thirty minutes blends exploration, combat, and extraction across a 2.5 by 2.5 kilometer open-world island of varied biomes, points of interest, and underground facilities, with a persistent inventory that lets you keep what you extract and lose what you carry if you die. Between missions you expand a personal base, craft new equipment, and improve your character's skills while facing dynamic PvPvE threats in squads of up to three players, with as many as 45 players per session.
