Dandy Flowers are paintable Flower & Plant decorations introduced in Pokemon Pokopia during the More Spores for Hoppip Event. They are required components for the Yellow Carpet and Dandelion Lunchtime habitats, both of which attract event-exclusive Pokemon from the Hoppip line.
In-game description: "Fluffy yellow flowers that seem fine and dandy. They bloom in the sunlight."

Dandy Flowers cannot be purchased directly. They must be grown from Dandy Flower Seeds sold at the Hoppip event shop:
Buy a pack of 5 seeds for 5 Cotton Spores at the event shop.
Till a patch of soil with the Rototiller move.
Plant the seeds on the tilled soil.
Water with Water Gun to speed germination.
Wait approximately one in-game day for full bloom. A Pokemon with the Grow specialty (such as Hoppip or Bulbasaur) accelerates growth.

The Yellow Carpet habitat is the most efficient way to spawn all three Hoppip-line Pokemon at once, but Jumpluff is Very Rare there. To raise Jumpluff's spawn odds, build the Dandelion Lunchtime habitat where Jumpluff is Common.
Dandy Flowers are paintable, so you can recolor them after the event for non-event builds. Repaint via the Paint item at any workbench.
Outside the Hoppip event, Dandy Flowers function as decorative flower pieces that fit into bright outdoor builds.
