Launch-Day Collaborations are a set of cross-game cosmetic and minigame partnerships that Paralives Studio bundled into the Day-0 patch on May 25, 2026. All four partner drops are free in-game content delivered through the base build; no extra download or DLC purchase is required. A separate Steam bundle discount also pairs Paralives with a fifth partner outside the game.
Among Us (Innersloth)
The Among Us collaboration is the largest of the four launch-day drops. It adds a wearable crewmate costume, a playable in-game minigame, and a handful of placeable decorations.
Content | Detail |
|---|---|
Crewmate costume | 12 swatches; wearable by all ages from child to elder under the Costumes category. |
Computer minigame | Click any computer in Live Mode to launch the Among Us minigame; raises the Jester Vibe's fun need. |
Stuffed toy | 4 variations, each with 12 swatches. |
Desk decoration | Small figurine for desks and shelves. |
Poster | Placeable in any standard poster frame. |
Outbound (Square Glade Games)
Outbound is an open-world camper-van life sim from Square Glade Games. The Paralives collaboration brings two pieces of content into the base build.
Content | Detail |
|---|---|
Computer minigame | Click a computer to play; raises Parafolks' fun need. |
Decorative camper van | 2 variants and 6 swatches. The variant without roof items is free in Build Mode; the variant with roof items costs Paradimes. |
Kitfox Games (Dwarf Fortress and Boyfriend Dungeon)
Kitfox Games contributes content from two of its titles: Dwarf Fortress and Boyfriend Dungeon.
Content | Detail |
|---|---|
Two computer minigames | Dwarf Fortress and Boyfriend Dungeon, each playable on any computer; both raise the Jester Vibe's fun need. |
Five body pillows | Three of the five pillows have both sitting and lying variants. Most pillows have 6 swatches; the Sundar and Valeria pillows have 1 swatch each. Seated pillow variants are free in Build Mode; the other variants cost Paradimes. |
House Flipper (Frozen District)
The House Flipper collaboration is a Steam bundle discount only, no in-game content is added. Players who already own one of the games can buy the other at a discount when bundled together on Steam. This collaboration is delivered through the Steam storefront rather than through the Paralives Day-0 patch.
Where to Find the Collaboration Content
Crewmate costume and stuffed toys: Paramaker -> Costumes (toys appear under Build Mode -> Decor -> Toys).
Camper van: Build Mode -> Outdoor -> Vehicles (decorative; non-driveable).
Body pillows: Build Mode -> Decor -> Cushions.
Posters and figurines: Build Mode -> Decor -> Wall and Decor -> Small.
Computer minigames: in Live Mode, click any in-world computer and select the partner game from the activity list.
Player Reception
The four-partner Day-0 collab drop landed largely as a surprise, pre-launch coverage had previewed Steam Workshop integration and the Day-0 patch but had not previewed the cross-game cosmetic partnerships. Reception in launch-week coverage and the Steam community has been positive, with the crewmate costume in particular trending on social during the first 48 hours of the Early Access window.
Post-Launch Collaborations
The first post-launch cross-game collaboration arrived after the launch-day drop, confirming that future partnerships flow through the same free-update model rather than paid DLC.
Unpacking (Witch Beam)
Patch 0.1.3, on June 6, 2026, added a free Paralives x Unpacking collaboration. Like the launch-day drops, all of the in-game content is free; a separate discounted Steam bundle pairs both games.
The collaboration was revealed with a trailer during the Wholesome Direct 2026 showcase on June 6, 2026, the same day the patch went live. Paralives Studio teased the reveal a day earlier, telling players to tune into the June 6 show for a fun announcement. The trailer runs on the studio's official YouTube channel, and on June 9 the studio shared that it recreated the house from Unpacking inside Paralives to serve as the trailer's set.

Content | Detail |
|---|---|
Computer minigame | Parafolk can play Unpacking on any in-world computer. |
Unpacking stamps | Several Unpacking-themed stamps for the stamp-collecting hobby. |
Plushies and objects | Unpacking plushies and recreated objects used to decorate and elevate rooms. |
Unpacking t-shirt | A wearable t-shirt with the Unpacking logo on the chest. |
Collaboration items | 10 collaboration-exclusive items recreating familiar objects from the story of Unpacking. |
Steam bundle | A discounted bundle of Paralives and Unpacking, delivered through the Steam storefront. |
With Patch 0.1.4 on June 18, 2026, the Unpacking-inspired house featured in the collaboration trailer became directly available in the lot library menu, so players can place the pre-built collaboration home on any lot. See the Patch Notes page for the full update.
Aloft (Astrolabe Interactive)
On June 25, 2026, the studio added a discounted Steam bundle pairing Paralives with Aloft, a base-building life sim. Like the House Flipper and Unpacking bundles, it is a Steam storefront discount only and adds no in-game content; players who already own one game can buy the other at a reduced price when the two are bundled together.
Will More Collaborations Arrive?
The studio has not committed to a specific future collaboration cadence. Future cross-game content will be free if it ships and is expected to flow through the same Day-0-style approach (bundled into a patch rather than sold as DLC). See Roadmap and Planned Features for the running list of planned and confirmed Early Access updates.
