Darcier is one of the premade Parafolk households in Paralives and one of the eleven families given a developer-written biography. It is a placed household in the town of Melino, and it is described as the wealthiest of the founding cast.

The household is a couple: Solene Darcier and Kian Cross. They are written as an opposites-attract pairing, two people with very different tastes who have built a life together.

Darcier leans into contrast. Solene is drawn toward cute aesthetics and baking, a softer, homier set of interests. Kian is into motorcycles and heavy metal. The developer biography frames them as an opposites-attract couple living life to the fullest, and the difference in their tastes is the whole point: it gives the household a built-in personality clash that still works as a partnership.

As the richest of the founding households, Darcier is also a useful starting point for players who want more financial room to decorate, renovate, or pursue expensive hobbies right away.

The Darcier household is confirmed as part of the premade lineup that shipped with the Early Access launch on May 25, 2026. It is one of the placed households in the pre-made town of Melino, meaning players who load the default save will find the family already living on its lot.
