Ratings have been assigned in several territories. Older placeholder badges still appear on some listings and predate the assigned rating.

The PC storefront separately lists the content descriptors Frequent Violence or Gore, General Mature Content, and Partial Nudity. The studio has described this as the most violent entry in the series and treats the adult rating as a design constraint rather than a label; see Combat and Story and Setting.
Thirteen languages are listed. English is the only one with full audio support; the rest are text only.
