11Overview22Pregnancy in inZOI lasts 3 in-game days and progresses through three visible stages. It requires a specific action separate from intimacy, is not guaranteed on the first attempt, and produces a newborn that ages into a Toddler after 1 day. Clicking it causes the Zoi to automatically travel to the hospital. A loading screen plays, followed by a brief cutscene showing the Zoi in a hospital bed holding the newborn. The player is then prompted to name the baby and assign a gender.4343If the Give Birth prompt is missed or dismissed, the birth still happens automatically after approximately 5 in-game hours.
