It is the only employer in the game that offers two distinct active career tracks from a single location: the Idol Trainee path and the Entertainment Planning path. Unlike rabbit hole careers where Zois disappear offscreen, both tracks at Adam Entertainment are active jobs where players accompany their Zoi to the building and directly complete tasks during each shift.

When a Zoi ages up to Adult, they are automatically removed from the career with no option to continue. This is the only career in the game with such a strict age limitation. Players should enroll their Zoi as early as possible in the Young Adult stage to maximize time in the career.

2020 Each work day consists of six tasks split into morning and afternoon blocks. The first hour (9:00 to 10:00 AM) is free time that can be used for eating from the staff meals, using the bathroom, or attending to needs. Tasks begin at 10:00 AM.
