The area is designed to teach fundamental gameplay mechanics in a safe, low-stakes environment. Combat tutorials, movement systems, gathering basics, and UI introduction all take place within the Springbrook Plains. Despite its role as a tutorial zone, the region has a distinct visual identity, with its wetland ecology and scenic waterways setting it apart from the drier grasslands of the neighboring Dreamweave Plains.
The Springbrook Plains spread across a low-lying floodplain fed by numerous underground springs that bubble up through the soft earth. The terrain is predominantly flat, interrupted by gentle banks along the many streams that wind through the region. Wooden bridges and stepping-stone crossings span the wider waterways, and patches of reeds and cattails line the stream banks.

The Landing Pier on the southern edge marks the player's point of arrival and connects to the broader maritime routes of Primaera.
The springs of this region are said to carry traces of the Flow, the fundamental energy that permeates Primaera. Local scholars at Jixia Academy have long studied the springs, noting that the water appears to have mild restorative properties. Whether this is a direct effect of the Flow or simply a result of the region's mineral-rich aquifers remains a topic of scholarly discussion.
