Overview
Jixia Academy (稷下学院, Jìxià Xuéyuàn) is the premier institution of learning on the King's Continent and the launch hub of Honor of Kings: World. The player character, the Child of the Primal Flow, begins the main story as a new student at the academy. primary text places Jixia deep in the mountains northeast of the Zhulu Plateau, surrounded by pine forests. The academy is the starting region for S0 Season, with approximately 1/10 of the full designed world map playable at launch and anchored here. The guiding principle of the academy is "the truth is what you make of it."
The Three Sages
Jixia Academy is led by the Three Sages (三贤). primary text states that "in the careful nurturing of the three sages, the title of the highest institution on the King's Continent has been made famous." The three sages are:
Fuzi - Founder of Jixia Academy and master of the Martial Way (武道). Lao Fuzi is explicitly identified as the Martial Way master

The Three Specialist Branches

The Zhuangzi-affiliated philosophical tradition functions as a fourth cross-cutting thread across the three formal branches, tied to dream and Taoist contemplation.
