The Price of Magic

Added the quest route, requirements, and rewards.
The Price of Magic is available from Torrez in Chapter 1 before joining a camp. Complete it before the final admission conversation if early rune use is wanted. Torrez can be found at the Old Camp market or in the garden beside the Fire Mages' temple.

Two Wolf's Claws | Loot wolves or buy from Mordrag. He remains near the south gate until escorting the Hero to the New Camp. |
Five Learning Points | Spend them on Learn Rune Magic after delivering the materials. |
Deliver the parchment and claws, choose the rune-magic lesson, and learn Novice Magician. Torrez then offers the Fire Bolt Rune or Healing Rune as the first spell. Fire Bolt provides ranged fire damage; Healing converts mana into restored health.
The quest completes after choosing the rune and awards 250 XP. The material delivery does not by itself pay for the lesson, so keep five Learning Points available.
