The Ruins of Gorgon's Hollow is a dungeon instance in the Valley of Eternal Autumn. Its halls are home to Golems, the heavy stone-and-elemental enemies found in this part of the world. See Enemies and Factions for more on the Golems.

The dungeon has already seen fixes since launch, including one that stopped Golems from being knocked into the void during the fights there. As an instance, the Ruins follow the standard rules: a party of one to four players, with the best gear and recipes reserved for clearing it. See Dungeons and Instances for the full system.

Who Holds the Hollow

Gorgon's Hollow was a Kobold mine, run by the warchief Gorgon Ratsay. The Golem workforce he exploited took it from him, and the ruins are now theirs, ruled by the Golem leader Flash Gorgon. That history is why the game still files the site under the Kobolds while everything you actually fight inside is made of stone and fire.

The Golems dominate the roster, with the last of the Kobold crew still holding parts of the shaft.

Golcano brings company of his own: the fight spawns Golcanito, a smaller version of the boss, so the arena does not stay a duel for long.
