The Sanctum of Atonement is one of six Sanctums scattered across the continent of Pywel in Crimson Desert. Like all Sanctums, it is described as a place imbued with spiritual power, reportedly created in the ancient past to restore the world and its providence. The Antumbra revere Sanctums as sacred ground because of the immense power they hold.

The Sanctum of Atonement is associated with the Fifth Edict, which declares: "Let those who truly repent endure the punishment befitting their sins."
The puzzle at this Sanctum focuses on locating and installing two Fusion Reactor Cores into the Sanctum's deactivated generator.
The Sanctum of Atonement is situated southwest of Haunted Hill in the Hernand region. An Abyss Nexus is conveniently located northeast of the site, providing fast travel access for return visits.
Sanctums become accessible after White Crow the Witch is unlocked as an NPC merchant during Chapter 5 of the main story. Once unlocked, she assigns a quest to cleanse all six Sanctums throughout the world. Players can track any Sanctum by setting a waypoint through their quest journal.
Upon arrival, a group of Antumbra worshippers occupies the Sanctum grounds. Players must defeat all enemies until the green liberation bar is emptied before the puzzle components become accessible. Attack skills and companion summons are both effective for clearing the area quickly.

The Sanctum of Atonement puzzle requires players to find two Fusion Reactor Cores and install them into the Sanctum's generator.
Enter the northern room of the Sanctum complex. Inside, you will find the first Fusion Reactor Core: LIV-I. Use Axiom Force to grab the core, then seal it inside your Kuku Pot for safe transport.
Exit the northern room and explore the surrounding area to locate the second Fusion Reactor Core in a separate chamber. Use Axiom Force to grab it and seal it in the Kuku Pot as well.
Return to the main Sanctum structure. Unseal the Fusion Reactor Cores from the Kuku Pot and place each one into its designated slot. Use Force Palm (or Aerial Force Palm) to push the cores into their recesses. Once both cores are installed, the generator activates and the Sanctum of Atonement is cleansed.

Cleansing the Sanctum of Atonement rewards the Kuku Watcher Pack and Kuku Propeller Spear blueprints. These crafting blueprints allow players to create powerful Kuku-infused equipment at a blacksmith. Completing all six Sanctums fulfills the Witch's cleansing quest.
After cleansing, White Crow the Witch appears at the site and provides lore about the Sanctum's history and its connection to the Antumbra's doctrine of atonement through suffering.
The Sanctum of Atonement was cleansed.
Cleansing the sanctum during the The Witch of Kindness quest rewards the blueprint for the Kuku Watcher Pack. This pack deploys drone helpers during fights that build the boss stamina bar faster, which creates more stagger windows for heavy damage skills.
The blueprint is not handed over automatically on cleanse. After the sanctum is cleared, find and activate the abyss puzzle inside to actually obtain the Kuku Watcher Pack blueprint. Players who only cleanse and leave will not receive the blueprint and will need to return to complete the abyss puzzle.
