The Saint's Necklace is a Necklace accessory in Crimson Desert. With +5 Defense and a Vitality active effect that restores Stamina, it is the most defensive necklace in the game and one of the few accessories that provides an active ability. The necklace is a relic associated with a saint who served Solumen. Players can equip one necklace at a time.

The Saint's Necklace offers a dramatically different profile from offense-oriented options like the Tarnished Necklace (+1 Attack) or the Finely Crafted Gold Necklace (+1 Attack, Critical Rate Lv.1), making it ideal for players who want survivability from their necklace slot.
Attribute | Value |
|---|---|
Type | Necklace |
+5 | |
Attack | 0 |
Active Effect | Vitality (LT + RT) |
Cooldown | 30 minutes |
Sell Price | 9.50 Silver |
Max Refinement | 10 |
At +5 Defense, the Saint's Necklace provides five times the defensive value of the Tarnished Necklace's zero Defense. The high sell price of 9.50 Silver also makes it one of the more valuable accessories in the game.
The Saint's Necklace has an active effect called Vitality. When equipped and slotted into the radial menu, pressing LT + RT instantly restores the wearer's Stamina bar in full. The effect stabilizes the wearer's breathing and relieves muscle fatigue, providing a complete stamina recovery in a single activation.
The Vitality ability has a 30-minute cooldown after each use, so it cannot be relied on repeatedly within a single encounter. Players should save it for critical moments when stamina depletion would result in failure or death, such as during prolonged boss fights or long climbing sequences.
The necklace gains Vitality charges naturally through combat and exploration. When the charge is full, the radial menu icon will indicate that it is ready to use.
The Saint's Necklace is the reward for solving the Hillside Manor Strongbox puzzle in Hernand. Hillside Manor is located southeast of Hernand Castle, directly above the Church of Hernand.
Travel to Hillside Manor, southeast of Hernand Castle.
The main doors are heavily guarded. Instead of fighting your way in, navigate to the side of the building and look for a second-floor window on the southwest side. The north side also has a second-floor window accessible from the back.
Climb up the wall and open the window to enter the manor.
Inside, locate the strongbox on the far side of the room. It uses a resistance pin puzzle (wheel combination lock).
Solve the puzzle. The combination is: 2, 3, 4, 5, 5. Lower each cylinder the corresponding number of times.
After solving the puzzle, equip a Mask that allows criminal behavior to collect the necklace.
"A relic said to be an object belonging to a saint who served Solumen. By stabilizing the wearer's breathing and relieving muscle fatigue, it rapidly restores depleted Stamina."
The instant full stamina restoration makes the Saint's Necklace particularly useful during boss fights where stamina drain is high, such as encounters with Excavatron or Gregor the Ruined.
The 30-minute cooldown means you are unlikely to use it more than once in a single fight. Save it for emergencies rather than using it casually.
Hillside Manor is one of five strongbox locations in the Hernand region.
The Saint's Necklace is one of two accessories obtained from Hernand strongboxes that feature active effects.
