Initial version
Pilgrim of Wonders is a Silver trophy in Crimson Desert awarded for discovering every Secret Place scattered across the continent of Pywel. The trophy description reads "The hidden beauty of Pywel has been revealed." Secret Places are one of the game's nine exploration subcategories and are tracked in the Journal under the Wandering Footsteps tab.
Secret Places are hidden Abyss Cressets tucked into locations that are easy to overlook: mountaintop cairns, caves behind waterfalls, collapsed floors inside abandoned buildings, and narrow gaps between rocks. Finding each one activates its Cresset as a permanent fast travel waypoint and awards an Abyss Artifact, which converts into a skill point. Unlocking every Secret Place counts as one of the nine subcategories required for the Expert Explorer gold trophy.

Every Secret Place is a hidden Abyss Cresset. Unlike Ancient Ruins or Sanctums, Secret Places are not announced by obvious structures in the world. You find them by actively scanning for the "Mysterious Energy" white question mark icon that appears on the map when you enter the general vicinity. Three tools make this workable.
First, use Blinding Flash from elevated ground. The sword skill reflects sunlight off your blade and produces glints of light on the horizon where undiscovered points of interest sit. Each glint could be a Secret Place, an Ancient Ruin, or a Sealed Abyss Artifact, so walk toward any glint to investigate.
Second, keep the Lantern active while traveling (CTRL on keyboard, L1 on PlayStation, LB on Xbox). The Lantern highlights nearby Abyss Cressets with a faint glow that cuts through rocky clutter. Third, use the Guiding Light pulse (L1+R1 / LB+RB / CTRL+Left Click) in areas where the map shows several question marks clustered together.
Many Secret Places sit on unreachable-looking cliffs or pillars. Three abilities solve most verticality problems. Gliding lets you drop onto isolated peaks from a nearby high point. Aerial Force Palm gives an upward boost mid-jump, which is how you reach sites like An Unreachable End and Mushroomcap Cliff. Turning Slash and Nature's Snare are required at several frozen ruins in Pailune to destroy ice and drain water. For a walkthrough of every location, see All Secret Places Locations.
Secret Places sit inside the broader exploration system. These articles cover the underlying collectibles:
All Secret Places Locations — walkthrough of every Cresset location
Secret Places Challenges — summary and rewards
Abyss Cresset Locations — master map of every Cresset type
Abyss Artifacts — how they translate into skill points
Exploration Challenges — the full nine-subcategory hub
Clear each region systematically before moving on. Swapping regions constantly wastes travel time and makes it easy to lose track of which question marks you have already investigated. Ring the eight Hidden Bells early; they unfog large swaths of the map and reveal Mysterious Energy icons you would otherwise miss.
When a question mark on the map seems to sit at the base of a cliff, circle the cliff looking for cave mouths, collapsed floors, or climbable pillars. Many Secret Places are inside hidden interiors rather than on the surface. If a Cresset appears on your minimap but you cannot see it, rotate the camera upward: the target may be above you on an outcrop that requires gliding in from a neighboring peak.
Upgrade your mount at stables when you can. A faster horse saves hours during long cross-continent exploration runs, which is most of what this trophy requires.
Pilgrim of Wonders is one of the four major exploration trophies that roll into Expert Explorer, the gold capstone for finishing all nine exploration subcategories. The other three are Conqueror of Spires, Maze Pathfinder, and Puzzle Solver. All of them feed into the Pywel Legend platinum.
