Overview

The Golden Greed Plate Boots are a pair of Footwear in Crimson Desert and one of five components of the Golden Greed Set. These plate boots provide bonuses to movement speed and stamina regeneration, making them a practical choice for players who value mobility alongside protection.

The boots are found inside Arahaza Cave, located northeast of the Sanctum of Renunciation in Tashkalp. Accessing the chest requires the Focused Force Palm skill, which is learned during the Chapter 3-4 Scholar Stone storyline. Players who have not yet progressed through that quest chain will need to return later.

Stats

The movement speed and stamina regeneration bonuses make the Golden Greed Plate Boots stand out among plate footwear options. The stamina regen effect is particularly useful during extended exploration or climbing segments, as it reduces downtime between stamina-draining activities. Both stats scale further with Refinement upgrades.

How to Obtain

The Golden Greed Plate Boots are located inside Arahaza Cave, northeast of the Sanctum of Renunciation in the Tashkalp region. Unlike most cave loot, this chest requires a specific combat skill to access.

Prerequisites

• The Focused Force Palm skill must be unlocked. This skill is learned during the Chapter 3-4 Scholar Stone storyline quest chain. It cannot be obtained earlier.

Step-by-Step

1. Travel to Arahaza Cave, located northeast of the Sanctum of Renunciation in Tashkalp.

2. Enter the cave and locate the glowing orb inside.

3. Use the Focused Force Palm skill (a charged force punch) on the orb to activate it.

4. Once the orb is activated, the path to the treasure chest will open.

5. Open the chest to obtain the Golden Greed Plate Boots.

The Focused Force Palm is a charged variant of the standard Force Palm. Players need to hold the input to fully charge the skill before releasing it on the orb. A standard uncharged Force Palm will not activate the orb.

• The Focused Force Palm requirement means these boots cannot be obtained until partway through Chapter 3 at the earliest. Plan accordingly when exploring the Tashkalp area.

• The movement speed bonus makes these boots a strong choice for general exploration, as Crimson Desert has no equipment weight penalty for plate armor.

• Stamina regeneration pairs well with climbing and swimming activities. Consider these boots for sections with significant vertical traversal.

• As plate footwear, refinement requires ores obtained through Mining.
