Overview
Echoing Stab is a Spirit Skill Tree ability exclusive to Kliff. When performing a charged Stab, an illusion is automatically created that copies the attack. The echo drives its own Stab alongside yours, amplifying single-target damage significantly. This is the final and most powerful skill in the Nature's Echo progression.

How to Unlock
Upgrade Nature's Echo to Level 3 to unlock Echoing Stab. This is the final skill in the Nature's Echo progression chain:
Level | Skill | Effect |
|---|---|---|
Lv.1 | Illusion copies Forward Slash attacks | |
Lv.2 | Illusion copies Spinning Slash attacks | |
Lv.3 | Illusion copies charged Stab attacks |
Nature's Echo itself requires both Keen Senses Lv.3 and Forward Slash Lv.3, plus 1 Abyss Artifact per level. Reaching Level 3 requires a total of 3 Abyss Artifacts invested into Nature's Echo (on top of the prerequisites). Nature's Echo can also be initially learned through skill observation during gameplay.
How It Works
Echoing Stab works specifically with charged Stabs. Hold the attack input to initiate a charged Stab, and the illusion will automatically perform the same charged attack at the same time. This results in two simultaneous penetrating strikes on a single target.
The Stab ability itself inflicts Bleed status and has armor-breaking properties when fully charged. The echo duplicates these effects, meaning a single Echoing Stab applies double the Bleed stacks and twice the armor damage.
Combat Tips
The double-hit Stab delivers excellent single-target burst damage, ideal for hitting boss weak points during stagger windows. When a boss is staggered or knocked down, switch to charged Stabs to maximize your damage per opening.
Since the entire Nature's Echo tree has no cost, investing three levels into it provides a significant passive damage boost across all your melee attacks. The investment of 3 Abyss Artifacts (plus prerequisites) pays for itself quickly through the consistent damage increase on Forward Slash, Spinning Slash, and Stab.
Combine with the dual-wield build for maximum effect. Forward Slash Lv.3 guarantees hits and adds a bonus strike, and the echo doubles that again. Chain Forward Slash into Stab for a devastating multi-hit combo that melts enemy health bars.
Nature's Echo at 3/3 is widely recommended as one of the best early-to-mid game skill investments. Many build guides suggest maxing it out before branching into other Spirit tree abilities.
