Dropkick can be unlocked by spending 1 Abyss Artifact in the Stamina (Blue) skill tree under the Unarmed Combat category. It can also be learned through the Watch and Learn system by observing enemies who perform the move during combat encounters.
For Kliff, Dropkick has a prerequisite: Pump Kick must be at Level 1 before you can spend 1 Abyss Artifact to unlock Dropkick. Alternatively, observe the skill in action. For Oongka, Dropkick is automatically available as soon as he becomes playable with no Abyss Artifact cost.
Dropkick launches the character's body forward with both feet extended, delivering a powerful double-kick that sends the target flying. The forward momentum makes Dropkick an aggressive gap-closer that also pushes enemies away on contact, making it effective both offensively and for crowd control.
This skill is widely recommended as one of the best early picks in the Blue skill tree. It excels at staggering multiple enemies when you are surrounded, and the knockback is strong enough to throw enemies off cliffs and elevated terrain for instant environmental kills.
Dropkick is one of the strongest early skills for crowd control. Use it when encircled by enemies to create space and stagger multiple targets at once.
Position yourself near cliff edges and use Dropkick to launch enemies off for instant kills against regular foes.
The forward lunge closes gaps quickly, making Dropkick effective against archers and ranged enemies who try to maintain distance.
Chain Dropkick with Grappling moves like Lariat for devastating combination attacks.
Against bosses, Dropkick can interrupt certain attack patterns when timed correctly.
Pump Kick: Another knockback kick learned by observing Matthias.
Body Slam: An aerial slam attack for when you have height advantage.
Flying Kick: An aerial double-kick unlocked at Unarmed Combat Lv. 4.
Scissor Kick: Damiane's cross-legged strike technique.
Watch for opportunities to learn this skill by observing NPCs or enemies using it in combat.
Keep an eye on your Stamina bar when using this skill repeatedly; running out mid-combo leaves you vulnerable.
