Bouldus is No. 058 in the Aniimo index, a Rock creature that fights in the Support role. A round stone that had stayed with Baleetle day and night woke up from all that bumping. Tired of being controlled, it swallowed an insect and could finally move by its own will.

Wild Aniimo are taken with Aniipods, and once caught this one can be raised, sent into battle, kept at The Homeland, or traded to another player. It belongs to the Baleetle line, which runs to 3 entries in total, and one alternate Form has been published for it.

Preparing Rock Piles for Waleetle
Prepare the Break window with the Breaker, then switch to Bouldus and use Clay Ball before Rock Tackle.
Rock Tackle creates four Rock Piles. Use Boulder Blast when ready to deal damage and create six more piles.
Prepare EP recovery, then switch to Waleetle. Stone Ball Drift destroys the piles and triggers Rock Empowerment's shockwaves and Disintegration, preparing the enemy for the damage window.
The Rock Tackle contract adds a one-second stun. Consider whether that brief control helps in the encounter when deciding which contract to prioritize.
Available moves and Homeland work
Form | Native combat choices | Capture unlock | Homeland work |
|---|---|---|---|
Basic | Rock Tackle; Clay Ball; Rolling Ball | Capture Snowfield Bouldus to unlock Ice Sphere. | Hauling 3; Earth 3 |
Snowfield | Rock Tackle; Ice Sphere; Clay Ball; Rolling Ball | Ice Sphere is already native to this form. | Hauling 3; Earth 3; Ice 2 |
Choose two available combat skills for the build. Boulder Blast and the physical, close-range basic attack are separate innate moves. Neither form lists a Mobility skill. Hauling and Earth work support carrying and mining; the Snowfield form also supplies cooling work.
