The in-game shop is where AION 2 sells Quna, cosmetics, convenience items and passes for real money or premium currency. This page covers the global service's launch catalog, published by NCsoft on September 30, 2026 when Advance Access opened. The Korean and Taiwanese service has its own shop with different products and won prices; see Monetization and Memberships. Dollar prices are PURPLE store prices, and NCsoft notes that other stores may differ.

A2 Mileage Shop
Cash purchases of appearance items earn Mileage: 4,350 for a $29.99 armor skin set, 1,750 for an $11.99 weapon skin and 2,900 for a $19.99 pet or wing skin. Mileage is then spent here. Items bought with Mileage are bound.

Atelier: Launch Appearance Lineup
The launch appearance items are sold from September 30, 2026 until the maintenance on October 28, 2026, except the emotes, which are always available. Characters must be at least level 2 to buy them, level 5 for wings and level 10 for pets. Appearance items from the shop do not award Collection Points.

The weapon skins come in exactly eight versions, one per weapon: greatsword (Gladiator), longsword (Templar), dagger (Assassin), bow (Ranger), spellbook (Sorcerer), orb (Spiritmaster), mace (Cleric) and staff (Chanter). Skins change with the character's gender, and NCsoft notes the in-game look can differ from the preview depending on lighting and materials. The armor sets can be customized after purchase; the decor items cannot.
Passes and Membership
The Subscribe menu sells the Special Quai Membership for $14.99 per 30 days and the Daeva Passes: Dawn Legion or Ishalgen Mercenary (Premium 1,500 Quna) and Planet's Call (Premium 1,000 Quna), with extra pass levels at 50 Quna each. See Daeva Pass and Monetization and Memberships.
Rules for Shop Purchases
Purchased items are delivered to the buying character's shop storage, Closet or Cube depending on the product, and other characters cannot receive them unless the product says it is server-wide.
NCoin cannot be used to buy Quna or premium items, and checkout is in US dollars only. Steam purchases use the Steam Wallet; PURPLE purchases can use cash, mileage or both.
Purchases are generally final, with exceptions such as purchases by minors without consent or where the law requires a refund.
NCsoft's business-model notice says sold cosmetics give no gameplay or combat advantage. Consumables such as Resurrection Spiritstones can help in combat but are also earnable in play.
Any of these products may be sold again later in the same or a similar form.
October 7 Global Shop Changes
The October 6 PDT / October 7 CEST patch implemented that cosmetic entitlement through a dedicated free section in the Shop. Eligible buyers can claim the covered skins and titles on every character and server until a closure announcement; an already-owned item cannot be bought again. Duplicate skins do not consume the paid skin limit. Duplicate inventory-item disposal and removal of duplicate skin-list entries remain planned. If a Founder purchase fails, close the game client and try again.
Shop > Wind Breeze Merchants > Special now offers Resurrection Spiritstone (Season 1) for 25,000 Kina each, up to 10 per server per week. The sale runs after the October 6, 2026 PDT maintenance until before the December 15, 2026 PST maintenance. This global limit differs from the separate Korean October event.
