Overview

The Trophy Dodo is a wall-mounted Trophies decoration in Windrose. Like every trophy, it is a hunting keepsake: you mount it in your base to raise the room's Comfort rating. It commemorates the Dodo, the flightless bird the game treats as a lost species.

How to Obtain

Crafting the Trophy Dodo takes a Dodo Head, which is not a guaranteed drop from every bird. The head comes from the Azure Dodo variant specifically, so you cannot farm it from the common Coastal Dodo alone. The trophy blueprint itself unlocks through the bird-hunting challenge that asks you to take down a set number of Azure Dodos, after which the recipe appears in your build menu.

Once unlocked, build it from Wood plus the Dodo Head. The build is near-instant and the placed trophy is a wall fixture, so reserve a stretch of interior wall for your trophy collection.

Comfort and Placement

The Trophy Dodo grants Comfort +1. Comfort bonuses stack within the same category, and different trophy types stack with each other, so a Trophy Boar, a Trophy Wolf, and a Trophy Crocodile mounted alongside the Dodo each add their own point. It only works inside Bonfire range, the same coverage rule that governs other base fixtures, so keep your trophy wall within the lit area.
