The Merchant Contract: Animal Products is a plan in Windrose that lets you construct a Merchant: Animal Products building at your base. Once built, the merchant ships hide, meat, and other animal goods straight to a delivery crate for a set sum of Piastres, so you can stock up on tanning and cooking materials without farming every creature by hand.
It is one of several Merchant Contracts. Initially only a limited lineup of goods is available; the list expands after you clear specific regional threats.
Buy the contract from the Rogue Buccaneers Provisioner once your Buccaneers reputation reaches the required tier, then place the merchant from the build menu like any other base structure. Each order takes 70 minutes of real time to arrive, so queue what you need before logging off or heading out to sea. Reading the contract teaches the Merchant: Animal Products recipe; the contract itself stacks to 100.
The merchant carries a fixed always-available set plus extra goods that unlock as you defeat the local threat in each region. Prices are per delivery.

Many players grab this contract first when leather bottlenecks slow down armor and bag crafting, since the Rough Hide and Animal Fat deliveries feed tanning. Pair it with the Merchant Contract: Natural Resources station so a single base can pull both animal goods and raw materials on the same 70-minute cycle.
