At +15 Precision this is the strongest single neck bonus a Precision build can equip. Pair it with a Marksman's Ring to stack accessory Precision, then let the Privateer's Regalia or Marksman Set critical-hit bonuses do the rest. Because the neck slot holds one item, the +15 here competes directly with the Major Necklace of Mastery line: take Precision for raw weapon damage, Mastery for more frequent critical hits.

Precision necklaces are the default pick for Rapier duelists and firearm builds leaning on Pistols or Muskets.
Every necklace in this line disassembles back into Silver Ingot x3, regardless of tier, so dismantling a spare tier returns the same refund.
Ascending preserves Sapphire (the rare jewelry stone) and trades it for extra Gold Ingot, so if you are short on Sapphire, take the ascend path instead of crafting from scratch.
Respec is free in Windrose, so you can move points into Precision to match this necklace before a boss fight and move them back afterward.
