Flibustier's Boots is the Rare feet piece of the Flibustier's Attire set in Windrose. It is crafted at the Armor and Clothing Workshop after unlocking the Plans: Flibustier's Boots recipe. The Flibustier line is the light, leather-and-fabric set built for speed and one-handed blade play rather than heavy protection.

Rarity: Rare
Slot: Feet
Weight: 1.0
Item Level: Base ilvl 1; scales to ilvl 11 through tier upgrades
"This outfit, sewn from coarse fabric, isn't about protection. It's about speed. It allows swift movement and easy use of the blade."
Like all Rare and Uncommon armor, Flibustier's Boots has three crafting tiers that set its base Defense. Each tier can be upgraded several more levels at the Upgrading Station using the same recipe materials.
Item Level | Defense | Craft Tier |
|---|---|---|
1 | 100 DEF | Base tier |
6 | 200 DEF | Second tier (upgraded recipe) |
11 | 300 DEF | Third tier (top recipe) |
Defense is identical across the four pieces of the Flibustier set at each tier, so the set's protection comes from wearing several pieces rather than from any single slot. The boots match the Flibustier's Gloves exactly on both Defense and material cost.
Requires the craft plan Plans: Flibustier's Boots to be unlocked first. The plan is unlocked through progression with the Rogue Buccaneers faction at higher Reputation Ranks beyond the torso and legs plans that open at Rank 2.
Item Level | Station | Materials |
|---|---|---|
1 | 2 Rough Hide, 2 Coarse Fabric | |
6 | 2 Tanned Leather, 2 Linen Fabric, 1 Master's Tools | |
11 |
Each tier unlocks a new workshop attachment: the Shoemaker's Bench at ilvl 6 and the Material Rack at ilvl 11. Both attach to the Armor and Clothing Workshop and require its Bonfire coverage to function.
Flibustier's Boots counts toward the Flibustier's Attire set. Set bonuses apply globally once the stated number of pieces are equipped at the same time, and they reward the light, aggressive one-handed playstyle the set is built around.
Pieces | Bonus |
|---|---|
2-piece | Attacks consume 20% less Stamina. |
4-piece | Increases one-handed weapon Damage by 15%. |
The 20% stamina discount lets a Saber or Rapier user keep swinging through longer combos, while the 4-piece damage boost favors fast one-handed weapons. Pair the boots with at least one more Flibustier piece, for example the Flibustier's Jacket or Flibustier's Pants, to reach the 2-piece threshold.
"Armor is for cowards. Your best protection is a blade that pierces the enemy's heart."
Boots are an ilvl-scaling feet slot and share material costs with the Flibustier's Gloves at every tier.
Counts as one piece toward the Flibustier's Attire 2-piece and 4-piece bonuses: pairing it with a second piece from the same set is usually the minimum to get value out of the plan.
Disassembling returns the same materials used in the base craft, so dismantling a spare pair refunds Rough Hide and Coarse Fabric.
Flibustier's Attire: full set overview, build notes, and mixing tips.
Flibustier's Gloves: the hands piece that shares this slot's stats and materials.

Armor: Windrose armor system, slots, and rarity tiers.
Armor and Clothing Workshop: crafting station for every armor piece.
Rogue Buccaneers: faction that sells the set plans.
