The Fine Blue Flagpole is a banner decoration for player bases in Windrose. It is one of the blue-trimmed poles in the Fine flagpole tier, sitting between the plainer Simple poles and the ornate Elegant poles, and it raises base Comfort when placed inside the Bonfire radius.
This flagpole has survived storms, battles, and the occasional strike of a boarding saber.
Works only within the Bonfire range.
Comfort +1. Comfort bonuses in this category do not stack, so only the single highest Flag-category decoration counts toward base comfort.

The recipe is taught by the Decoration: Port Flagpoles plan. Once learned, the flagpole is built from a workshop or directly in placement mode and finishes almost instantly. It draws from common base-building materials, so it is an inexpensive way to lift early comfort while the heavier decorations are still out of reach.
