Like every furnishing in Windrose, this piece only contributes while it sits inside the range of an active Bonfire. Placing it there raises your settlement Comfort by 1 in the Wardrobe category. The Wardrobe bonus does not stack, so a single placed piece in this category supplies the full benefit and adding duplicates of the same comfort type gives no extra Comfort. Spread your points instead by placing one piece from each comfort category around the Bonfire.
